Thomas Grandy, Sr., Maintenance Technician As The Cottages at Allen Springs exclusive Maintenance Technician, Thomas brings a wealth of maintenance knowledge and experience to our senior living community, happily handling both daily maintenance requests, and after-hours emergency maintenance concerns. Thomas also assist with special events, as well as schedules and coordinates the many additional maintenance services offered in the community.
Jennifer McClellan, Senior Living Specialist As Senior Living Specialist, Jennifer guides seniors through independent living options and is the smiling face greeting visitors with a warm welcome and ready answer questions. In addition to providing tours at Allen Springs, Jennifer’s largest responsibility is helping seniors transition into their new living spaces and promoting community involvement.
Ken Slabbekorn, Director of Finance and Construction Ken has over 20 years of experience in the construction industry. With an emphasis on accounting and finance, he also has experience in real estate development and property management accounting. This combined experience provides a rich background from which Ken will be able to serve homeowners, trade partners and the Covenant team.
Kevin Tack, Construction Superintendent Kevin is responsible for day to day management of the site and thanks to his great relationships with our trade partners, vendors, and wonderful customer service, he’s integral in making sure homes are delivered on time.
