As Senior Living Specialist, Jennifer guides seniors through independent living options and is the smiling face greeting visitors with a warm welcome and ready answer questions. In addition to providing tours at Allen Springs, Jennifer’s largest responsibility is helping seniors transition into their new living spaces and promoting community involvement.

Kevin Tack, Construction Superintendent
Kevin is responsible for day to day management of the site and thanks to his great relations with our vendors and wonderful customer service, he’s integral in making sure homes are delivered on time.

Meg Tibbe, Maintenance Supervisor & Warranty Department Coordinator
Meg is the coordinator for our warranty department at the Villas and will work with the necessary trades and service providers on our residents behalf to maintain that all work performed in the construction of our new homes will meet the Quality Standards. We strive for this same excellence in our rental communities, (The Cottages.) Meg coordinates with the necessary trades and service providers to maintain the quality of our rental cottages; insuring an excellent experience for each new resident.

Margot Miller, Interior Designer
Margot brings over 25 years of design experience and is your personal designer when you build a home with Covenant Developments. She will guide you through the interior selections including wall color, carpet, cabinets, counter tops, built-ins, etc. Her goal is to integrate your personal style with the elements and principles of design. Results will be a tailored home reflecting your individuality.

Liz Wilson, Staff Accountant
Liz oversees the accounts payable and receivables for all aspects of construction. Her years of experience and aptitude ensure that the local trades and vendors can provide the best quality for you and your new home.

Ken Slabbekorn, Director of Finance and Construction
Ken has over 20 years of experience in the construction industry. With an emphasis on accounting and finance, he also has experience in real estate development and property management accounting. This combined experience provides a rich background from which Ken will be able to serve homeowners, trade partners and the Covenant team.
