Covenant Developments is pleased to provide our homeowners with a 1-year limited warranty. We understand that from time to time items and issues arise, and through this warranty service website, we will assist to resolve warrantable issues.
For the following services, please email the Warranty Department Coordinator at firstname.lastname@example.org:
- Non-emergency repairs/services – If you are in need of immediate assistance for non-emergency repairs or services, please complete and submit this form. Our Customer Care Coordinator will attempt to contact you within 2 business days to schedule an appointment or to provide additional information.
- To schedule 45-day and 1-year warranty appointments – So that we can best serve you during your 45-day and 1-year warranty appointments, please use this form to submit you request(s). Our Customer Care Coordinator will then attempt to contact you within 2 business days to schedule the appointment.
Emergencies: For heating/cooling, plumbing, or electrical emergencies during the 1-year warranty period please refer to the Emergency Procedure tab of your homeowner’s manual for pertinent contact information.
For appliance issues, please contact the appliance manufacturer. We have included manufacturers’ contact information in the homeowner’s manual for your reference.
